Goldsboro Books are the UK's largest specialist in first edition, signed books. We are a central London bookshop in the very heart of the west-end and a moments walk from Leicester Square. We are based in Cecil Court (a whole street full of antiquarian, rare books and map shops) which is a picturesque Victorian thoroughfare linking Charing Cross Road and St Martin's Lane.
Goldsboro Books was formed in 1999 after trading for 4 years as a partnership between two book collectors, David Headley and Daniel Gedeon. With our knowledge and expertise we have created the UK's largest first edition Book of the Month Club which enables book lovers to start collecting books which we believe are both enjoyable to read and also books worth collecting for the long term.

We have some 5000 first editions in stock. We worry about condition and we cover all of our books in protective clear film to preserve the book in the best condition at no extra cost.
Orders can be placed by letter, fax or e-mail or securely from our catalogue. Goldsboro Books reserve the right to retain an unspecified amount of any book in order to offer them for sale via other outlets or by internet auction. Orders placed through our website will be processed on a first come first served basis. Our terms are payment with order. All books are offered subject to prior sale. All goods will legally remain the property of Goldsboro Books Limited until payment has been received in full.
We try very hard to describe each book as accurately as possible but most of our stock is in fine condition unless otherwise stated. Should any book prove not as stated, it may be returned provided that this is done safely within seven days.
