Carole E. Barrowman

Carole was born and raised in Glasgow, Scotland. In the late seventies, her family immigrated to America where she thereafter made a career out of her passions: reading, writing, and teaching.

In total, Carole has written five books in collaboration with her brother, John Barrowman.

Carole is also an English professor and Director of Creative Studies in Writing at Alverno College in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

She has been teaching at Alverno for over twenty years, and her crime fiction column runs every third Sunday in The Milwaukee Journal Sentinel. Her reviews also run in The Minneapolis Star Tribune, and in other newspapers.
