A near-fine first edition of this rare publication. Published without a dust jacket, it is bound in blue boards, with small printed paper labels on the front cover and the spine. The label on the spine is missing a small chip. The white binding along the spine has some age discoloration, and there are 3 very small spots where it has been worn away to reveal the threads beneath. A previous owner's initials are written on the first flyleaf.
